What is it?

ISO 9001:2000 is an international standard that gives requirements for an organisation’s Quality Management System (QMS). It is part of a family of standards published by the International Organisation for Standardisation. It applies to the process that influence the quality of service the department delivers, in other words, the way it accomplishes its work and meets the customers’ requirements.
